Refund policy

Our return policy extends for a duration of 7 days. If a week has passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot facilitate a refund or exchange.

For a return to be eligible, the item must remain unused and in the same pristine condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging. To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary. Kindly refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

It's important to note that a restocking fee of up to 20% (subject to inspection) may be applied in cases of a change of mind return or if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or lacking parts for reasons not attributed to our error.
